As part as the on-going development of its business, Dentsu Aegis Network today announces changes to the organisational structure of its EMEA business to reflect rapid growth in the region and to create a strong platform for future development. The new structure ensures Dentsu Aegis Network is best placed to continue delivering leading edge solutions for clients, through its unique operating model, and best placed to maximise market and growth opportunities. With immediate effect the following revised organisational cluster will be implemented, with all cluster CEO reporting to Nigel Morris, CEO Dentsu Aegis Network Americas & EMEA: • A new regional cluster of Dentsu Aegis Network Nordic, Central & Eastern Europe is created. The region is led by Lars Bo Jeppesen and is made up of Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Eastern Europe and the Nordic countries of Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland Nigel Morris, CEO of Dentsu Aegis Network Americas & EMEA said: “Since introducing the cluster structure to lead our EMEA business we have experienced significant success and exceptional growth for the region. “In the spirit of being different and better we will keep innovating our product and organisation, ensuring we evolve for the rapidly changing market, to meet our clients’ needs and deliver growth. With this in mind, and post-integration with Dentsu, today’s organisational changes will ensure Dentsu Aegis Network is best placed to do just that”. Margus Sameli, CEO of Dentsu Aegis Network Baltics said: „New cluster structure will not change our everyday cooperation with clients, rather clients and prospects will benefit even more from our innovative products and organization. The Baltic regional position has been unique – between Eastern Europe, Scandinavia and post-Soviet countries whereas cooperation with the latter has been relatively limited. Initially our Baltic offices were part of Scandinavian cluster, then part of EMEA. With current change in organizational structure the issue of positioning is resolved – as of now we are part of Dentsu Aegis Network Nordic, Central & Eastern Europe cluster. |
